Plasma Cutting

The 300 Ultra-Cut Plasma Cutting System has a cutting area of 120" by 684" and speeds capable of 280 i.p.m. The table's large cutting area allows us to achieve better and more efficient utilization of material and machine, resulting in lower costs to our customers.

Mitsubishi

Laser Cutting

AccuBurn's 10k square foot laser production facility was specifically designed to maximize the effectiveness of our new Mitsubishi LVP Plus 40 -CFX series lasers. With cutting capabilities up to .625" on mild steel and cutting speeds that surpass the competition, we can accurately process a large amount of material in a very short period. With three lasers and the capability to add an additional three, we can better react and expand to meet customer needs in a short period of time.

Flame Table

Our Two Mustang Oxy-Gas Flame tables have a capability of cutting carbon steel material up to 6" thick with a maximum of 8 torches on each table. The tables' 108" X 480" cutting areas provide better utilization of material and machine.

Press Brake

Press Brakes

We have two Toyokoki Press Brakes, a HYB-175 4 meter bed press and a 66 ton APB-55620 2 meter press for diverse forming applica tions. Each machine has a four position CNC back gauge with auto thickness detection that assures accurate and precise angles in every bend. The machines are electronically driven to provide precise control of the repeatability of each part.

Also our standard 150 Ton Shear has the capability for precision cutting of up to .75" thickness and 96" wide.
