We have two Toyokoki Press Brakes, a HYB-175 4 meter bed press and a 66 ton APB-55620 2 meter press for diverse forming applica tions. Each machine has a four position CNC back gauge with auto thickness detection that assures accurate and precise angles in every bend. The machines are electronically driven to provide precise control of the repeatability of each part.

Inventory		AccuBurn maintains a large amount of carbon steel in inventory at all times. Because we buy in large quantities, we can take advan tage of price breaks, and pass the savings along to our customers. We stock a wide array of grades and thickness, which allows us to provide our customers with the materials options they need, when they need it. All materials are certified and from approved mills only, and backed by documentation.

Shipping		AccuBurn uses a Yellow Jacket 110 series stretch wrap machine to secure product firmly to a wooden pallet for shipping applications. When ship ping is required, we use a 16' Mac flat bed truck As part of our commit ment to supply customers with superior products in a timely manner, shipping charges are kept to a bare minimum.
